Sector II: “The Lake”
The open area underneath the waterfall. The fishing takes place from river banks and river boats. It varies from strong currents to calm water. Most of the salmon is caught by worms, lure and prawns. Numensdalslagen is only one out of two rivers in the entire Atlantic salmon environment where you are allowed to use prawns for salmon fishing.
